Director of Operations

Katherine brings over 11 years of real estate investment and development experience to Faulkner Capital Partners.

Prior to joining FCP, she was an Assistant Vice President at Menlo Equities in Menlo Park, where she managed development projects across numerous commercial asset types including office, life science, and data centers, overseeing acquisitions, financing, entitlements, construction, and leasing. She played a key role in driving projects from initial underwriting and due diligence through stabilization.

Earlier in her career, Katherine worked at Hines in Orange County, where she was involved in investment, asset, and development management efforts for a diverse portfolio consisting of opportunistic/value-add office investments and land development.

Katherine holds an A.B., cum laude, in Architecture Studies from Harvard.
