Evan brings over 20 years of real estate investment experience. Prior to FCP, Faulkner was a Partner at Virtú Investments for over 13 years. During his time there, he oversaw all acquisitions and dispositions for the firm sourcing and closing over $3B in acquisitions, investing over $1.8B in equity, and managing over $1B in dispositions.  

While at Virtú, Faulkner also established new business lines and programs including Qualified Opportunity Zone Investments, In-Kind Contributions via IRC 721, AI Underwriting, and internal research published quarterly.

Prior to joining Virtú, Faulkner worked with a San Diego based family office managing their lending portfolio, commercial development projects, and existing retail and office centers.

In 2005, Faulkner joined Redhill Realty Investors, a multi-family focused real estate investment firm where he was responsible for over $400 million in multi-family acquisitions.

Faulkner holds a BA in Economics and English from Brigham Young University and is a CA licensed real estate agent. He also serves as the Board President of the San Diego Chapter of the research and advocacy organization Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF).

He loves running, golfing, playing tennis, and spending time with his wife and four kids.
