Director of Acquisitions

Akhil brings more than seven years of experience in real estate investment to Faulkner Capital Partners.

Before joining FCP, he served as Regional Director at Virtu Investments, a multifamily fund manager, where he sourced new acquisitions, evaluated opportunities, and managed transactions from sourcing through closing.

At Virtu, Akhil excelled in identifying tax-advantaged investments and spearheaded initiatives to integrate AI tools, streamlining acquisition sourcing, underwriting, and market research.

Outside of work, Akhil enjoys intense workout classes, competing in pickleball tournaments, snowboarding, and spending time with family and friends.
